Effective as of May 25, 2025 This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding contract between you (“User”) and The Fat Hack! (“we”, “our”, “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the app you agree to these terms. This app is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before making health-related decisions. 1. Acceptance You affirm you are at least 18 years old and legally competent. If you disagree, do not use the app. 2. No Medical Advice The app is not medical advice. Consult a licensed professional before making health decisions. Do NOT use if: • Under 18, pregnant, breastfeeding • BMI < 18.5, eating disorder, other medical conditions • On medication or under supervision 3. Privacy We do not collect personal data. See Privacy Policy below. 4. Use of App You agree not to: • Sell, rent, sublicense, reverse-engineer the app • Upload harmful/offensive content • Violate laws using the app Breach may terminate your access. 5. Subscriptions • Payment via Apple. • Auto-renews unless cancelled ≥24 h before period end. • Deleting the app does not cancel subscriptions. 6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for direct or indirect damages, data loss, personal injury, or reliance on information. Use at your own risk. 7. No Warranty The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. 8. Modifications We may update these Terms. Continued use implies acceptance. 9. Governing Law Governed by German law. Effective as of May 25, 2025 At The Fat Hack!, we respect and protect your privacy. This Policy explains how we handle information while you use our app. GDPR Notice: The Fat Hack! does not collect, process, or store personal data on its own servers. All data remains on your device and/or your private iCloud account. You control your data and may delete it at any time via device settings. 1. No Data Collection We do not collect, store, or transmit personal health data to our servers or any third-party. Data you enter—weight, fasting logs, photos, health info—stays on-device or in iCloud via Apple’s secure CloudKit. We cannot access it. 2. HealthKit & iCloud • We read only the HealthKit data you allow (steps, weight, etc.). • We never share or sell health data. • Data remains encrypted locally or in iCloud. 3. Email Support If you email us, we use your address only to reply. We do not add you to mailing lists or marketing. 4. Analytics & Tracking The Fat Hack! uses no ads, trackers, or analytics SDKs. No cookies, no fingerprinting. 5. Children The app is intended for users aged 18 and above. We knowingly collect no information from minors. 6. Third-Party AI Certain AI features (e.g. meal analysis) send anonymized data (no personal identifiers) to services like OpenAI for processing. No personal data is retained by those services. 7. Security • Local encryption on device • iCloud encryption in transit & at rest We store no credentials on our own servers. 8. Your Rights • Delete the app at any time to remove local data. • Revoke HealthKit or iCloud permissions in iOS Settings. 9. Changes We may update this policy.
